Each and every Prince views the Traditions differently and Chamberlain Ome was no exception. Even without a Herald, those characters entering the city would know what his intentions were for the Emerald Domain.

Even without a Herald, those characters entering the city would know what his intentions were for the Emerald Domain.
- The First Tradition: The Masquerade - You will not reveal yourselves to anyone not worthy of the blood. This means the Kine, mostly; and is a responsibility of all Kindred within the Domain. Passively; this also means that any Kine with knowledge of Kindred Lore is a threat to the Masquerade and should be dealt with accordingly. This is mostly the purview of the Sheriff and any they appoint to handle this serious business. Defending yourself against other Supernatural elements in the city is only a Masquerade Breach if Mortals happen to witness the event and news of the situation spreads. If handled properly; the Court will look differently upon your encounter.
- The Second Tradition: The Domain - Strictly by the authority of Prince or the Seneschal in his absence. The entire city is considered their Domain, but parts of it can and will be handed out to individuals with the expectation that they are able to maintain, patrol, and police their own fiefdom. While upon their Domain, their word is law. Only officers appointed by the Prince or Seneschal may enter another's Domain, provided it is considered official business. Uninvited Kindred walking into someone's Domain unannounced is considered a Domain Breach. The owner of the Domain may use anything up to and including Final Death if they feel the act is warranted.
- The Third Tradition: The Progeny - Strictly by the authority of Prince or the Seneschal in his absence. Embrace without authorization while within the Emerald Domain will be dealt with severely. In a time of war; the Rite of Progeny is loose and easily obtained provided the Camarilla's best interests are in mind when creating new Kindred.
- The Fourth Tradition: The Accounting - Strictly the authority of the Sire. As a Sire; you are responsible for rearing the Childe under your authority. With the Accounting, the Childe is expected to learn to the best of their ability. Release from the Accounting is strictly up to the understanding of the Sire.
- The Fifth Tradition: Hospitality - All Kindred entering the Emerald Domain have exactly one week's time to present themselves to either the Prince or the Seneschal. With most major transportation hubs being watched regularly, it is in your best interest to present yourself accordingly. Kindred will require the endorsement of a Primogen (does not need to be their Primogen, just a Primogen) before approaching either Prince or Seneschal. Primogen are their counselors and offer wisdom in times like this. Without their endorsement, you are not welcomed past a month's time.
In addition to this endorsement, Clan Heads are expected to introduce everyone in their Clan at the regular Courts. When this happens, the Clan Heads are expected to also explain what their Clans have been up to since the last Court. - The Sixth Tradition: Destruction - Strictly by the authority of Prince or the Seneschal in his absence. The Rite of Destruction is granted to the Scourge for the purposes of culling the Thin-blooded. The Rite of Destruction is granted to the Warden for the purposes of hunting down unwanted within the Emerald Domain and those who are concealing their true identities from the Prince or the Seneschal.
In addition to the Traditions, there are few local laws that Chamberlain Ome has kept from previous Princes, having witnessed wisdom in their creation.
- Thou will not Hunt tourists in the city; hunting them will not only hurt the economy of the city but draw suspicion to our dark Nature. With a risk to the Masquerade, hunting these individuals will be forbidden. We do not need Seattle, WA to gain a poor reputation for tourism.
- Thou will not Hunt on major tourists sites; hunting here risks the Masquerade and the city's reputation for tourism. Hunting on these sites is forbidden. Feeding at these locations is permitted, provided the target is a member of your Herd.
